I was charged $75.00 for the estament. The trip here is 18 miles round trip I gave him 15 minutes both ways and he was here 15 minutes You have to pay from the time they leave their shop or the job that there at till they get there and then back to there shop. I was charged for a extra 15 minutes and 25 minutes extra on the guy that did the work at $1.25 a minute. So if you live far away your estimate a loan will be way over a $100.00 bucks. I called Beranek Electric because my kitchen light was not working. Yes, I changed the bulb. He arrived one hour after the time he said he would be here. The technician could not figure out what was wrong so he called another man. They spent two hours here and said they would be back the next day and rewire the light over the sink. The next day two men arrived and spent less than an hour here, maybe 30 minutes at the most. I was charged $485 for three electricians and six hours (when they only spent three and a half). I would highly recommend Beranek Electric for any job. They have 24 hour call service and will stand by any work they do. They installed a new furnace in my home and removed a very old boiler. I also would like to mention that when they were through with the job the place was totally cleaned up. Excellent people to work with.

Last February, I needed after hours furnace repair. Beranek Electric was here immediately. The repair man told me I would need some new parts before the next heating season. In July I called and ordered the parts and told them they could be installed at their convenience. I called again the first part of September to verify that the parts had indeed been ordered and I was on the list. I was informed that I was on the list but they were still working with air-conditioning. I got a call the end of September telling me someone ... read more
