This medical center is one of the worst I have experienced. The waiting time is extremely long—around 3 to 4 hours for a single appointment. Even after being called inside, the doctor left again, which shows a complete lack of professionalism. The staff are rude and not helpful at all. On top of that, Dr. Islam asked me to come on a Sunday for a medical certificate. I took leave from work to attend, but he didn’t even show up. This was a complete waste of my time. Honestly, this place is a joke. Worst medical center ever. They make you wait for hours like your time doesn’t matter, and even then, the doctor doesn’t show up or disappears. They clearly have no idea about time management. Very disappointing
Extremely frustrating experience. This medical center is the worst. They make you wait for so long and still don’t show up on time. It clearly shows they don’t care about patients’ time. No time management, no professionalism. I would never recommend this place. And mainly the doctor (Islam) and supervisor of this medical center. If the supervisor can’t supervise the things going on then why are you in that post. And the doctor as well. Worst experience
Clinic is very clean with helpful staff
worst experience ever especially Optometrist ！He wasn’t checking my eyes for an infection at all — he was measuring my vision and recommending glasses instead. He spent about twenty minutes on the vision test, but only one minute checking whether there was an eye infection. First, my eyes were uncomfortable — how could a vision test be accurate in that condition? Second, he didn’t do the examination that the GP specifically requested at the beginning. That is very unprofessional！
