Title: Terrible Experience – Avoid This Shop! I had one of the worst experiences at this collision shop. The work was sloppy and unprofessional, and it took way longer than promised. When I finally got my car back, the paint didn’t even match, there were scratches they didn’t fix, and the interior had grease marks all over. On top of that, the staff was rude and dismissive whenever I asked questions. I paid good money for quality service and got the opposite. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

My experience was disappointing from the start. The staff was disorganized, and I constantly got different answers every time I called. They kept my car way longer than expected with no real updates or timeline. They also over charged me more than they originally said and tried not to give me my car unless I gave them more money. Customer service felt careless, and I never felt like my concerns were taken seriously. I wouldn’t trust them with my vehicle again. If I can give them 0 stars I would
