I have worked with Nick twice. He is a great lawyer— honest, direct, and most importantly, he gets results. A straight shooter. The trauma of my injury and the loss of my career was only made worse by Mr.Benzine's apathy. His condescending manners and dismissiveness felt devastating in the early days of navigating the WC process. The best decision I made in the course of my events was to fire Nick when he urged me to settle for 20% of what my next lawyer fought hard for and successfully earned upon my behalf. Poor communication. I had to relay the same information to them multiple times and they were rude to me. Instead of being honest and telling me they couldn't help me, I was given the run around and treated like a pest for asking questions. My accident happened in July, it is now September. I'm just now being told that they can't help after wasting my time and being rude towards me. I don't recommend this law group at all.
