I previously left a negative review after receiving bone in chicken that was undercooked. The restaurant manager Joey contacted me directly the next day apologized and explained that a fryer malfunction caused inaccurate temperature readings. He promptly refunded my money and the situation was handled professionally. I appreciate he took the responsibility communicated openly to make things right. While the original experience was concerning, their response and customer service deserves recognition. Thank you
All the food is great, and they just introduced oven baked subs, which was to die for. It was sooooooo good, and the best thing of all is the staff they are some of the nicest people I’ve ever met. Love this place!
