Was just there for brakes and rotors to be done had a appointment scheduled ahead of time and Michelle told me she will let the garage know that my mother was there never did and the guys in the garage didn’t even bother to ask anything and 2 of them stood there looking at us like idiots very unprofessional work in this location and honestly a appointment should be set for a work order
Robert and Jimmy fixed up a detached plate in no time from a previous oil change. Exceptional service, approachable, and very friendly!
I had a really good experience at Benzie Express Lube & Tire. I brought my vehicle in for brake service, and I was happy with how everything was handled. The staff were friendly, professional, and made the experience feel straightforward and stress-free. It’s always nice finding a place you can trust with something as important as your vehicle. I’d definitely consider coming back when my car needs service again!
