My husband brought a dead bat in that he had touched and asked for it to be sent in for rabies testing and he/it was turned away. They wouldn’t accept the bat and were totally dismissive - told him he could go pack it on dry ice and send it in himself. They acted completely unprofessionally and it was clear were only focused on getting their holiday weekend started rather than handling this in a reasonable/serious manner.
