Highly recommend Benzie Automotive. I was in town for the holidays and my windshield wipers stopped working. Jay and the team were open on NYE and fixed my car so I could head home on time.
Very rude and unprofessional
Damage more than they repair. Just horrible . Went in to Replace trans cooler . Then I needed a new radiator which they went ahead and replaced without notifying me. my Radiator was only 2 1/2 years old and had no problems before. Left a trans line dangling rubbing on a pulley . While the tech test drove it. Almost ate a hole in it and they didn't replace it. A quart and a half low on trans fluid when I got it back. Wiring harness dangling. Plastic shields not rescued. Benzie automotive helped my wife and I in a great time of need. We're from Kalamazoo and were in the area in on a long weekend when we had car trouble. They fit us in on there schedule, allowed us to hang out around their shop with our dogs, got the part they needed same day, and got our car fixed in a couple of hours. Highly recommend!
