Very rude representative who lectured and scolded me and spoke in a very accusatory tone regarding a missing package. She was frustrated but it was still totally unacceptable. I called on her and she slowed down a bit but this is no way a business representative should speak to a customer who actually had been trying to resolve the issue. The doctor’s office works with this pharmacy - I would not recommend and chose it. Very disappointing.
Professional and courteous service. Always get my prescription on time.
Very unprofessional!!! Never called me. I had to call them to initiate my prescription after the doctor called it in. Cannot give me a straight answer on delivery day. They say maybe today maybe tomorrow. Would never use again!!

Great services I called on a Wednesday afternoon by Thursday morning I had my prescription. This medication was denied by my insurance they didn’t want to pay for it. Benzer provided the same medication I paid a fair amount for it and is the same and exact medication that I was prescribed impressive
