I was double billed on my debit card for a prescription that I picked up at the Sky City Pharmacy in Tampa. I questioned the charge at the time, but was assured the second charge did not go through. Two days later, when I verified with the bank that I had been double billed, I took the bank printout to the pharmacy manager and asked for correction. I received the 1st dose of a new medication on 9/23/2019. The 2nd monthly dose should have arrived 30 days later. It didn't. I wasn't contacted by Benzer about any delay. On 11/1, BEFORE any product was shipped, they charged my insurance for the expected shipment. It was, I later found out, set to be shipped November 4. However, they were out of stock that day, & nothing went out. NOBODY AT BENZER CALLED ME TO TELL ME WHAT WAS GOING ON. Yesterday, 11/11, I called the location myself.
