On holiday from Australia and the ryde woman on reception would not let me talk to a doctor .. :(
This company is not up to par. They falsely advertise discounts for pain medication online. Today I contacted this pharmacy and gave my information regarding my prescription that I was having my doctor fax in. The young lady I spoke with asked me what was the name of the medication and I provided her the information along with the strength of the Medication. She told me that once the pharmacist received the prescription , she would call me to give me a price. My doctor faxed the script in and about 45 minutes to an hour late... read more
My Physician called in a script for me to pick and bring to his office for injection. The day of my appointment I called Benzer to make sure it was ready. After 15 minutes on hold I was told they didn't participate with mu Blue Cross plan even though they had the request three days ago. i had to change my appt and delay treatment due to their slothful handling. Poorly run operation, avoid!!
