I purchased a part for my 2008 BMW. Unfortunately it would not work on my car. Hayk was great helping me with the return. Great customer service.
Review update: The incident re $ 21.20 not beeing refunded has been cleared up. Apperently there was a lack of internal communication, so after the salesmgr. Sam found out, he personally called me and apologized. And then he issued and mailed me a check for $30.00. That's the way to do it !!!!
