Great experience dealing with Nick at Benz Star. The team was very thorough and kept us well informed throughout the repairs, giving us clear options and informed advice. We felt Nick was honest with the work that needed to be carried out as well as point out non critical issues that could be done down the track. We would highly recommend them.
Friendly service and repair are well priced with very excellent advice
I brought my car here in June 2025 for repairs. While the original issue seemed resolved, a new problem appeared as soon as I drove the car home the same day. I recorded a video showing the issue right after arriving home. I contacted the shop and explained the situation, but instead of offering a solution, they gave me a new quote for more repairs.
