Excellent sudden service, and on a FRIDAY (!) . I had some springs made for my 1st Gen Dodge and the build didn't account for shorter lift blocks (3" vs 6"). After securing the proper lift blocks, I needed some new u-bolts to go with the whole lot. A pal told me of Benz Spring, so I rushed up on a Friday morning, met with Dan (who humbly rolled around on the ground to get the proper measurements), and picked up my u-bolts later in the afternoon. Not the old Benz spring after the family split it up we used them for our two new service trucks to level them out and after a couple of trys with wrong lenghts and locator bolt location we got them on and it didnt correct the leaning we wanted to have them do the whole job but they didnt do installs any more
Great service. Honest USA made products. Nice to see an old portland business surviving.
This place may be good with getting you a product, but if there are discrepancies between the quoted price and what they bill you, they deserve the world's worst service award. They are not willing to work with their customer, and have an attitude that makes it impossible to be reasonable. Only after telling them that I will get my legal counsel involved were they willing to "work with me".
