I've been using Benz Elite for over 10 years on quite a variety of autos. They've worked on my BMW 3 series, M3's, my BMW Z8, , Porsche 993's & 991. The reason I've been a customer for so long is very simple. They do a great job, include the owners on all important decisions & are talented at their craft. Prices are very fair. Exceptional experience from start to finish! Benz Elite team is incredibly professional, friendly, and highly knowledgeable. I brought my G-Wagon in specifically to diagnose and resolve a 4WD issue. Emile and his team dove right in and handled it flawlessly. They offer top-tier, quality service at a very reasonable and honest price. It is hard to find a shop you can truly trust with a G-Wagon, but they did not disappoint. Highly recommend!
I have been going to Benz Elite for 10 years. I even bought another 2009 E350 wagon because I knew they would do the best job keeping her running for another 20 years. Very honest people, which is imperitive with German cars.
I would not recommend this mechanic shop. I took my Mercedes Sprinter van in for a diagnosis and repair because the check engine light was on. They charged me a diagnostic fee but couldn’t find or fix the actual problem. Instead, they simply reset the check engine light, and after I drove the van, the light came back on with the same issue. I paid for a diagnosis but received no real solution. It was a waste of my time and money. I expected professional service, but unfortunately, they did not deliver.
