They accepted the car coming from out of state straight to the shop. Greta, Eddie and Emile, And the whole team were amazing. Diagnostics and Inspection were super detailed and informative with accurate quote and helpful information regarding what needs to be fixed now versus later. Service was concluded in timely manner. I brought them a converted Sprinter I had just bought that had issues with the DEF system - they recognized that another mechanic had diagnosed it as a bigger repair than it needed to be, fixed it well and fast, and were very responsive when any hiccups. Trustworthy, friendly, and communicative, would highly recommend!
I've never gone to auto mechanics who care as much as the folks at Benz Elite. They truly take pride in what they do. When they finished the work to my seat, it looked like it just rolled out of the showroom. There are so many shops to go to in Fairfax, I suggest you go to Benz Elite. The best I've experienced.
