I have a sprinter van and was having some AC trouble on my road trip up to Maine from Florida. I googled Mercedes mechanics and found positive reviews from other customers and stopped in on a Monday morning right when they opened. They were able to get me in right away and within an hour, had the problem diagnosed and corrected. They were very polite, trustworthy and the waiting room was extremely comfortable. Very honest. Mercedes dealership told me I need engine mount but they check and told me no need. Very worm and nice reception too.
Update: Still fantastic - I've been here probably 12 times over the last nine years across two of their locations. These guys put their heart and soul into your car. I feel like I can trust them with what they suggest when the car needs some love. They have moved locations, so note the change from Alexandria to Fairfax.
