I’ve visited Benz Automotive twice now and both times have been excellent. The first time, Roland and Jamie diagnosed the problem straight away and fixed it with no fuss, which really put me at ease. The second visit was for a service and MOT, and again the work was carried out professionally with reasonable prices. The team are very friendly, welcoming, and provide a service you can trust. My car was worked on by Roland, he resolved an issue that other mechanics couldn’t. Other Mercedes specialists had been very vague on pricing & left me feeling dubious about what they were going to do. Roland was straight to the point & sincere, he charged me an extremely fair price for the fix, it would’ve cost me at least 5x going direct to Mercedes! This is the first place I will go if I have anymore problems!
