I have been a client of Bentzel Agency for close to 10 years. Most recently I emailed the agency for help on a letter I received from Eerie insurance. Bentzel Agency never called me directly, never reviewed the letter with me, and basically told me there was nothing they could do. I asked if someone could please explain the letter to me and I was told they "have nothing additional to advise and if I am unsatisfied with their response I can call an 800 number for Eerie insurance direct".
