Honestly, it's nice that I didn't have to deal with the court and they handled it. Where they lost me was they sent me paperwork for someone else's case, when I reached out through their app they did not reply. I sent an email and again, no reply. I called them and they were able to answer my question. Later I had a question about dates and again no reply and I had to call.
