Excellent customer service. Responsive to voicemail. Fair pricing. Highly recommend! We first called two other contractors we had worked with before re our concern that a malfunctioning bathroom fan could maybe pose an electrical fire hazard. Those contractors were not at all helpful over the phone. Graham called us back, addressed our immediate concern (coached us re unplugging the fan motor), and then put us on his "hot list" amid the holidays to work into the schedule. Never hire Bentz!! One of their electricians replaced outlets in house. Four months later another electrician came to do a new job and pulled out 2 of those outlets and told me one of them was never grounded. He checked 2 more and he found ANOTHER one not grounded!! And that second one had a freakin’ live copper wire exposed….120 volts in my wall!! I called Bentz back to force them to come back and check the remaining ones and a THIRD one was found not to be grounded. I could not believe it. My house could have burned down!!... read more
I had a breaker fail that was connected to my refrigerator. I called Bentz on a recommendation from Boehlke Hardware. They arrived within an hour and assessed the problem. I appreciated their timely response. They were helpful in suggestions to resolve future problems. . Highly recommend! .
Excellent service, fair pricing, highly recommended. I had them fix my breaker box and CSST grounding, but they said they'll do anything from as small as replacing lightbulbs to major electric work. Will for sure be calling again when needed.
