Our family had a wonderful experience with Sholom while exploring a short-term respite stay for a family member.. Although circumstances changed and they ultimately did not move in, I came away with a very high opinion of Sholom. We worked primarily with Rachelle Lavalier, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, who was terrific. My mother moved in a few weeks ago and has had the best experience. The team was helpful from start to finish in helping us navigate all the difficult parts of making a move like this. The community is warm, and friendly. Mom is not from St. Paul so she was nervous but all the residents were super nice and welcomed her in the sweetest way. We are so happy we made the decision to move her here.
I received an unsolicited open house invitation from this organization addressed to my late mother, who has been deceased for almost a decade. Neither of us had ever made contact with this company so I'm not sure how or where they got my mother's information, but I find it very distressing. It was a painful reminder that she is no longer here and she won't have the privilege to grow old. When Mom first had to go into transitional care at Sholom, we found the staff prompt and precise and knowledgeable of everything needing to be done. When Mom decided not to go home and move into assisted living permanently, we found the exact same experience.
