They said two weeks to replace a broken window. It took six weeks and the window leaks, so I'll have to fix that. The nice thing they did wash it for me. Not planning on dealing with them again.
Purchased my first camper here. They walked me through EVERYTHING!!! No stone unturned. It made me feel confident about owning and operating my camper. Even after asking some very beginner (dumb) questions, everything was explained with a ton of details. They even printed me out a service guide so I will know how often i should be checking specific things. You can tell the whole team is very experienced. If there was a bump in the road they were on it quick. WOULD 100% COME BACK HERE AGAIN!!!
Excellent experience from start to finish!!! The techs were also incredible- berryland has earned our business for life!
Be very careful. They will lose your keys, blame you and not make it right. Stuff was working when we signed papers and not when i picked ut up. The finance manager is a liar, use caution. Since I can't reply to the clown that commented, ill edit this. I was never given any keys when I signed papers. They were on her desk but I never took them because they had some work to do before I picked it up. I come to pick it up a week or so later and there are no keys.
