I agree with most of the review that says buying a house from Lindsea is buying a house with little or no warranty. They use cheap service for the irrigation system, and you will end up getting stuck with huge water bill after a month or two from busted corrugated pipes of the sprinkler system which they insist is not under warranty. Even after paying and getting it fixed another area is busted again and the cycle continuous leaking gallons of water which needs you to pay again to get it fixed.
