The employees of bentridge/landsea have been great to work with. Carter is super responsive even after we moved in. Chad and Marlene have been great as well. I have had a few plumbing issues and a leak from the ceiling in the garage within the first 2 months of moving in. The customer care team has been very responsive in helping rectify the issues. I love the house but I do sometimes worry about the quality but that seems to be the norm with these new homes going up. One thing I hate is the carpet, it is super thin, not com... read more

My clients and I worked with Carter. He may be one of the best new build realtors I’ve worked with. He was super responsive via phone calls and texts. He was not pushy but extremely informative. I hope to work with him again.
