Extremely fast turnaround. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Pricing is great, and most of all my transmission shifts better than new.
Jacob and his team did an outstanding job fixing my transmission. They were very professional, efficient, and reasonably priced. I would recommend everyone to call them for all your transmission needs.
If you enjoy good customer service and timely responses, this is not the company for you. I bought a stage 1 transmission from Benton’s diesel expecting a smooth experience. This was not the case. My core was sent back mid December. I have reached out by both calls and texts and it is impossible to get a response. The guy strings you along with one text every 2-3 weeks just to keep you on the edge of your seat. Going on 5 months waiting on my core refund.
