I've been going to Benton's for over 10 years, maybe longer since Ben Maddox. Today was the last straw. I purchased 4 new tires less than 2y ago. About 3 months ago I asked them to warranty two for me and they said no. Today they put two new tires on and it's 9p before s long day of work and travel tomorrow and I see one of the tires only has 15#! And I'm not a mechanic but I assume the best tires are supposed to be on the front.
I came here before driving cross country. They notified me of a cracked serpentine belt. They repaired the serpentine belt incorrectly but when I came back in with the vehicle they owned up and did their repair free of charge. But, it still wasn't put on correctly and I gave up with them and went to a different shop to get it officially repaired. Nice enough people but I can hardly recommend.
Staff are always friendly and very welcoming. They value your time and work quickly and efficiently to complete any and all work needed on your vehicle. Highly recommend for all your vehicle needs.
I have know Tom and Peggy Benton for 13 to 15 years and they have never STEERED me in the wrong DIRECTION when it came to my car, although he has HIT me with a quick RIGHT turn once twice…😀 would definitely recommend Bentons Automotive Service Specialist.
