Working with Jessica has been the best choice I have made for my health and well being. She is a joy to practice with in both my private sessions as well as the group class that I am part of. I was going through a very traumatic season and used Benton therapy yoga as a way to help ground me in my body. After learning techniques and flows and having the incredibly helpful education and support from Jessica I was able to learn how to stabilize myself when overcome with emotions and trauma responses. Jessica helped me tremendously. I am so grateful to all that I learned from Benton yoga therapy 🩷

From the day Jessica brought a Mary Oliver poem to our session, I knew she’d be a great fit. She meets you where you are, listens to your struggles and joys, and cheers you on from the sidelines in between your sessions on the mat. Jessica Benton is a true professional. She fits your needs with individualized yoga instruction. I have experienced a great amount of recovery from the issues that first brought me to her. I use a lot of the techniques she has taught me everyday. And she is a genuinely nice person. I would recommend her to anybody, she is great!!
