The WORST customer service i have ever experienced. A power outage happens, you call to report, they answer and just immediately hang up... It's not a one time thing, this happens almost everytime there's an outage... pathetic for what i pay... Do better Benton Utilities...
Benton Utilities has the Best group of ladies working for them. They help people, neighbors everyday to figure out their bill. They’ve updated their system which helps numerous different ways to pay. I’ve seen them help numerous customers with their online system. One on one in the lobby. On another occasion helping someone after they had a water leak. They are The Best Utility Company I’ve had.
