EDIT 1-20-2026: TIME TO PUT BENTON UTILITIES ON NOTICE! GO CHECK OUT THE FIASCO GOING ON IN ALABAMA WITH THEIR UTILITIES HUNDREDS MORE THAN A 3BD 2BTH IN WASHINGTON STATE! SOUNDS JUST LIKE BENTON UTILITIES! INVESTIGATE! INVESTIGATE! INVESTIGATE! Edit: I am beyond sick of arbitrary numbers for increases that really shouldn't be happening. $375 now for no change in use!? So I contacted them and told them I could pay my bill on a certain later date due to having to take time off of work bc my dad fell terminal. I told them the website wouldn’t allow me to pay the bigger bill that showed on the site. Must have been a glitch on their end bc I exhausted all avenues online to pay what I could.
