Customer service is terrible
If I could give a negative star I would!!
Some of the worst customer service I've ever received when trying to call about a power outage. The man is extremely snippy, rude, and gives little to no information with a not very friendly attitude. Please look for employees with better attitudes and work ethic.
You folks restored power Saturday very quickly. Especially considering the downed lines and trees on lines and flooded areas..etc. Hats off to you! And thank you!
