During a planned power outage that I was notified less than 24 hours before hand, my thermostat was damaged due to the power outage. After being coerced to have a AC/hearing maintenance crew take a look. I was assured that Benton rea would make this issue right, but due to poor management and unfair business practices I was told that the insurance would not cover the claim and therefore I am stuck with the bill for their planned event. Worst experience in internet connection I've ever experienced. At 119.00 a month I'd expect to have the internet speeds I pay for but I dont have it.
Another power outage fixed in a short time. Thank you for the hard work you all do in unrelenting weather conditions. God bless.
