My old man took his truck here over 7 times over the course of several months. The transmission would keep on slipping with a grinding noise after getting it “fixed” by this shop. During the many times my dad’s 6L80E was getting rebuilt, the owner continued to ignore calls and messages. It’s been 2 months and it’s still not fixed. Took our 15’ Tahoe to this guy and had good price and better warranty offered by any other shop we called. However we have taken it back to him 5 times and it is still not fixed. We requested a refund so we could take it somewhere else to have repaired. He initially agreed but said would have to come back the next day to give him time to get the money together. He did a great job fixing my car.It wasn't an easy fix-another mechanic had already messed it up and he was able to unravel all that was going on with it.He really went the extra mile and made sure everything was done right and explained it to me.It took a little while to get done but it was worth the wait. ...and I think that was just because so many people come to him to fix their cars! My car works great now!!

The owner / operator Rickey is really great at what he does.He will absolutely locate the issue with your car ,be honest with you about what it will take to repair it,offer a fair price and really FIX THE PROBLEM.He is honest and has integrity and takes pride in his work .....what else is there to say?
