I never recommended a place that asks you to pay up front then doesn't actually deliver the service. He doesn't actually work on your car at the location listed. He drives your vehicle to who knows where and good luck getting it back without police involvement and with the service completed that you paid for. I don't know how this guy is still in business. I don't know how he's still walking free. This was a lesson learned. I wish I had read the reviews. NEVER again.
If i could give this guy zero stars I would do that. Rick lied to me months after months on numerous times about my truck being done and it never was. In fact he was driving around in it running my gas out and trashing it out. I had to clean it out twice and put gas in it when I came to see if it was working while he was away doing whatever he was doing. If you want to waste your money and get the run around for months this is your guy.! Finally picked up the vehicle because he lied for weeks and told us it was ready and it never was. Don’t waste your money with this guy. Ended up having to take it elsewhere because he was paid for a job he didn’t ever intend on completing.
Just got my 2015 Chevy Spark back from him. Transmission went out. Rickey found the problem, apologized that it’s gonna take 2 weeks for parts and such. (Worth the wait cause he fair priced and up front about everything). I will be recommending him to everyone needing transmission work!
Mr. Rickey was able to identify my car's problem and fix it that same day at a good rate. I would 100 percent recommend him to anyone who needs transmission work.
