Horrible experience. Communication was awful, almost non existent . Got my car back after months and wire was hanging out, glass on passenger side mirror was gone, wind shield on sunroof was gone, splash guard from under car missing and a different oil dipstick. Had car back for not even 2 weeks and had coolant leak. Towed back in , waited almost 2 weeks to find out what was wrong again, told them to fix it. My 2020 Hyudai Tucson just quit on me. Hyundai dealer couldnt even look at it for 3 weeks, so I had it towed here. They diagnosed the problem called me the next morning said it would be fixed today. Super nice mechanics and loads. They will get all my future business if needed.
My experience was one of the most pleasant I’ve ever had. The atmosphere was amazing, courtesy all through the building. Front desk representatives were extremely kind and helpful, well dressed also. Auto technicians are second to none. I had a very serious problem with my brake system on my wife’s car. Took it to supposedly accredited auto shops before but didn’t solve it but they did. Thanks future you saved my marriage! lol. Happy wife, happy life.
