Great experience with Future Auto ,Great communication with frequent updates on my vehicle, friendly service, don't be intimidated about the volume of vehicles there ,they started on my car the day after I dropped it off , I also was informed when there was a price change and made sure I was ok with it , car runs great ,all at a affordable price. I would highly recommend them.

Make sure to verify what they were charging you. On 09/25 I brought my car for transmission problem and gave my warranty information. Called them 10/01 after a full week for update, they said still waiting for warranty to response so I called the warranty myself and found out it had already been approved since 09/26. After I spoke to this shop saying that the job order was approved almost week ago, he then said that I have to pay of $675 since my warranty didn't covered all. Took my 2015 bmw 750l1 to get some sensors replaced and kept getting the run around about what's wrong with my vehicle. They told me everything was fixed and brought it to my house, when I got in it, I had a check engine light on that I didn't have before and my windshield was now cracked. I dropped it back off and they did replace the windshield but did not eplace the bra tint on top of windshield.
