Over 7 years, every other time we needed a payment extension, they would help out.. However most recently, with EMAIL proof, they have no records of said payment arrangements, no records of a phone call, not even that they sent the email.. payment was due 29th Sep. Of this year (2026) and light got cut today, 22nd of Sep. 2026..They will ONLY turn power back on with payment Today, since no such arrangements "were documented" I should've written down her name..I wish I could switch to REA.. PUD is pure EVIL.
