Monitor insurance claims CLOSELY. They charged me up front for my drs visit even though I have Blue Cross Blue Shield with only $75 copay. They billed my insurance full amount. This is insurance fraud and I’m not the only patient that is experiencing this at this office!!! Contact office management to report any issues you are having
Beware of these billing scammers!!!! Trying to bill me $117.57 since my last visit march 15, 2024 to Dr. Ahmad Al-khatib; which I paid his receptionist for $7?.00 past due and this current visit for IN FULL in the total amount of $223.01!!! I am definitely reporting this to Medicaid and Medicare, along with my financial bank record!!!! I have been coming here for years. Their office staff is the worst around! From billing, to non existent customer service. Made an appointment a month ago, even received a confirmation text. Showed up for my appointment, and they were closed. I was there with 3 other patients, trying to figure out what was going on. None of us were contacted about them being closed. I’m going to find another neurologist to see!
My experience with Dr. Al Khatib has been splendid. The staff is very kind, and they have returned my calls when it counts most. The bedside manner Dr. Al Khatib is very careful and respectful. He is also very kind, and direct, but pleasant with his level of care. I've been a patient here for the last few months and he's been very proactive in helping me manage migraines and finding the root cause of the episodes, among other things. Thank you, Dr. Al Khatib and staff!
I have been going here for a couple of months he is agood doctor but they never the phone u always have to leave. A message and no one does get back to I until days later this is ridiculous 😒
