They ARE REALLY BAD AT MANAGEMENT and Communication , we barely get offs days they want us to work everyday like we don’t got a life ON TOP OF THAT WE Don’t GET A LUNCH BREAK ! I want clock out for 30 mins but they say they work you like a salve and want you doing 10 jobs at once and take care of the residents ! Wouldn’t recommend they really don’t care
My mother is in Benton Houseand has been a resident almost 3 years now. She LOVES it!! We love it. I call it our extended home. From the staff to all the residents, it feels like home! Maybe I’m biased because I’ve been there so much that the residents will see me outside of Benton House and always be so happy to see me as i am them. My moms care is absolutely incredible!! The ABSOLUTE WORST! Way too expensive for the services they provide. My Mom was super neglected and her room was always messy, I have videos to prove, and they stated they didn’t have enough staff to take care of her. They suggested us hiring a service to come in and take care of her. Disgusting!!!!! My Dad was already paying $6,800+ medications for her to just be there.
