The staff at Benton House has created such a welcoming, caring & fun community that takes time to get to know each person. It’s a smaller community that feels like a cruise ship! Every meal feels like a restaurant experience and they offer daily activities to fit a variety of interests & abilities. Morgan, Susie, and all the staff have gone above and beyond for our family. Great communication, great service, caring people. No complaints, only the best people working here!
I reached out to Benton House about a month ago to see about an assisted living place for my grandparents. Morgan, the community relations director informed me that unfortunately there were no available rooms there, but continued to go above and beyond for me and referred me to a few other trusted facilities in the area, gave me all of their contact information and answered all of my questions that I had as someone who had no idea what I was doing or how the process worked. My mom is not only doing well at Benton House of Olathe, but thriving in her new environment.
