My 90 year old Mother was EVICTED with 7 days notice from The Wellington at North Richland Hills, TX. She was given the attached Eviction Letter on August 5th with a Termination date of August 12th. She had paid her August rent in full, $2160. We were not able to move her until August 27th because it took a couple weeks to have her assessed and accepted into a new Memory Care facility. My family is owed a refund because our family member had to move out of a Capital Senior Living facility due to hospitalization. The facility agreed we were owed a refund but the "home office" in Dallas isn't paying it. We have been waiting two months. The shareholders are doing well because of business practices like this?

The Benton House presents very well; however the care my parents received was filled with errors, shortcomings and ended with the resignation of the Executive Director. Upon his removal, things continued poorly. My father suffering from dementia, had his room moved without contact with family members, who visit regularly. This obviously caused my father’s mood to be altered. My father is legally blind, his glasses were misplaced for a period of time, wasn’t noticed until a family member visited.
