When I requested a service I expected someone to check the entire system from the box to the panels. This did not happen even when I asked for it. 30 mins on the ground turned into a bill for two hours of labor! The company have not responded to my request to review the bill! No I do not recommend them whatever the length of time they have been in business.

Very professional and courteous.
When we initially had our pv system installed by Benton Electric Solar, they were great. When one of our inverters failed, they became unhelpful and then unresponsive. We had to go to another company to get our issue resolved. I would not recommend them.
