Live in Roger’s will be going back to the Bentonville one next time everyone was great except a rude lady with glasses and brown hair I got put on hold and she told me I had to wait for people to be empty to get helped but took someone who asked after me directly to a person to get help who was behind me in the beginning and basically told me to figure it out and then helped them over before me to a counter so she completely did not help me and made people behind me get done first enjoy your chikfila maybe you will be less h... read more
My Experience at this location with an appointment was horrible. I scheduled an appointment at 10:00 am, but I was not seen till almost two hours later. I am assuming they were short-staffed and still learning and training or they are on island time. When you make an online appointment you get provided with a link. When you get there, you click on the tab that says I am here. The link shows you the waiting period, how long till they call you next, and how many people are ahead of you. Told me my bill of sale from my old car wasn’t valid anymore because you only can use that for 2 months. So I had to pay extra in Sales tax on new car.
Elisa at the DMV was SO helpful! She helped me combine several tasks into one trip, and was knowledgable and kind! Very thankful for her initiative to save me time and money!
We were there 2 hours. Did not care to wait my turn at all. But don't like being treated rude by the employee. She was very hateful and acted like I was an idiot. Will try to go to another location next time. One of their people only waited on 3 people while we were there.
