Long wait but they stayed after close to finish the huge line of people... Not just another government office.
i hate the dmv. but i really hate this place, dirty, gross, and i’m sitting with people coughing on me.. sitting here writing this to anyone. HELP ME. anyways long story short the lady who does the driver’s license stay away from her. She actually is so rude.. ugh get me out of here. been waiting 2.5 hours. i’m warning y’all. also this picture is so funny i can’t. 😭
Live in Roger’s will be going back to the Bentonville one next time everyone was great except a rude lady with glasses and brown hair I got put on hold and she told me I had to wait for people to be empty to get helped but took someone who asked after me directly to a person to get help who was behind me in the beginning and basically told me to figure it out and then helped them over before me to a counter so she completely did not help me and made people behind me get done first enjoy your chikfila maybe you will be less h... read more
My Experience at this location with an appointment was horrible. I scheduled an appointment at 10:00 am, but I was not seen till almost two hours later. I am assuming they were short-staffed and still learning and training or they are on island time. When you make an online appointment you get provided with a link. When you get there, you click on the tab that says I am here. The link shows you the waiting period, how long till they call you next, and how many people are ahead of you.
