I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Prosser Memorial Dermatology. From the moment I walked in, the warm greeting immediately made me feel welcome. The medical assistant was thorough and kind as she reviewed my information and took my vital signs. Then came my time with Karmina Bowen, whose professionalism, expertise, and genuine care completely put me at ease. Don't bother going to them. They don't know what they're doing.🤬Just go to the emergency room. Don't like waiting for a month and a 1 to see a doctor. 4 years for them to diagnose and have stage 3 cancer. Couldn't eat coffee up blood all day. I thought I had a sinus infection.I have a tumor in my head, the size of a walnut. Took me 3 years to fig out they don't know what they're doing probably do well bandage on knees and give out lollipops and send you home better district stick to that. clinic
I believe that Doctor Beverly Johnson not only misdiagnosed me, but also belittled my attempts to cure myself naturally before seeking "professional" medical attention, which this was not. Pretty much the worst dermatology visit ever. Unprofessional and not useful. I guess I had high hopes because I had to drive over an hour to get there. After being treated so poorly I can't recommend this particular provider. She is probably ok for some things but didn't try and really figure out what was going on with me, sad really.. Dr. Carl misdiagnosed my daughter and became defensive when I brought the issue to his staff’s attention. He failed to follow proper protocol during a reevaluation of her diagnosis from urgent care, which is unacceptable. His approach felt complacent and dismissive of the seriousness of her condition. On top of that, the clinic staff is consistently unprofessional — they’re rude, unresponsive, and nearly impossible to reach.
