Went to get gel nails and they started falling off from day one. I got home and after a couple hours one nail fell off. In the next days 2 nails fell off, 3 nails, etc. until finally they were all so loose they came off easily. This was gel. I sent photos. Said I would be in Tuesday but I had to work. I came in Friday and the lender argued with me. ARGUED that they could not put them back because I didn’t come Tuesday and I “pulled” them off but I made clear they came off super easy. I was treated with kindness, courtesy and professionalism. I'm 62 and a new move from another state. My first experience here was wonderful. Mariah was darling. Misty treated me like a priceless treasure. I saw other patrons my age and older, being served. My generation is particular who we allow to personally groom us. If I was treated negatively, I would definitely say so. I give this Beauty Academy a huge THUMPS UP....WAAAAAAY UP!!

My fiance went to school here and graduated owing money due to missing days due to being sick, or with me in the hospital. No worries, it was part of the contract she signed. She was also sued leaving her owing more money, no worries, she did indeed take time to make the payment due to the pandemic. What we are really upset about is the fact that when we did pay the $1600 plus owed, she (***** the owner) held her license still and lied to the state board saying there was a suit against her knowing it was paid in full.
