I love me some Bento, but my last two orders the rice has been undercooked. I’m not sure if they changed their cooking times or if they were in a rush and cooked some more rice quickly but I’m upset. Spent over $30 both times and I can’t enjoy my sushi or rice bowl due to the crunchy rice….
