Terrible service. My daughter wanted a rice bowl, but they didn’t even have rice available for the bowls. We ended up ordering a very small sushi, which was disappointing. I do not recommend this place at all—the poor service is unacceptable
Jonathan helped out so much, my girlfriend got a wrong order on her tuna she wanted the soy and got spicy. Instead of making a big deal out of it he just gave us the messed up order and redid the entire meal. 5 star customer service and the food was great too.
Don't get their gift card. Online it says Bento/Norigimi and when you try to use the gift card they tell you they don't accept gift cards. I pushed them and they eventually tell me it's only good at Norigimi, which does not sell rolls.
