This place is like a homr away from home for me. The pao pao chicken udon is my go-to order. It just sucks that the past three times I've been here, only one of the times was I actually able to order anything--to go! I couldn't even dine in. That was the third-to-last time; the second-to-last time, they closed the kitchen half an hour before close; the last time, they just weren't serving an entire half of the menu. They lied to us saying food will be right out- 30 minutes later. Very little to no meat and I paid for double meat. Taste bad!
Very nice atmosphere, but terrible service and I felt badly for the girls working the front. They needed significantly more help. When I approached the cashier, the menus overhead weren't working and she said we're "on a half hour hold." They were slammed and the restaurant wasn't packed. The food came out 25 minutes later, but a Boba tea took well over 40 minutes. My daughter enjoyed her poke bowl, but my hibachi bowl had more carrots than chicken and a funky piece of shrimp.
