Visited around 7:00 PM on Saturday, May 30, and had a great experience. The staff was professional, friendly, and took the time to answer all of my questions about the menu. Service was quick, and the restaurant was clean and well-maintained. What stood out most was how attentive and helpful the staff was with all guests. I do not live in Central Florida, but my wife's family does, and every time we visit I make sure we get to Bento Lake Nona. Not only are the chicken udon noodle bowl and the Thai iced tea absolute perfection, but the staff is also incredibly friendly and considerate. I left a review on their site a while back, but wanted to do the same on Google as well for additional visibility.
First of all, i just want to thank Echo, for her amazing service and how sweet she was. 10/10 worker and the food is always amazing and fresh.
The place is beautiful and clean. All employees are friendly and kind. Food is great. Perfect for family and friends
