Restaurant History: The current site of Bentleys Restaurant has a history long embedded in the restaurant business. In 1934, Steve Groff opened the Groff Inn and obtained the first liquor license in Cecil County. Shortly thereafter, in 1939 Mr. Ramsaurer purchased the Groff Inn and ran it himself for the next five years. Bentleys Food is Quite Good I've been to Bentleys Restaurant & Banquet to eat at the restaurant and also for a reception. The food at the reception was exceptional for a buffet! Bentleys Restaurant serves good steaks and seafood. There's also pasta on the menu. Bentleys food is great and there is enough variety to please all.
