I cannot recommend this company. He arrived late without a call to let us know and left within 20 minutes. We moved all the furniture ourselves, leaving a small floor lamp and one computer chair on wheels. He never moved either of the items to clean the carpet. He also did not close our doors to clean behind them, clean under any desk, or clean anywhere near our floorboards. I've used this company twice to clean carpet and upholstery. I plan to use them in the future as well and would recommend him to anyone. He is courteous, professional, and on time. Also the prices are reasonable and the service. I think they are much better than other cleaners I have used in the past around the area.
Not impressed. To me, when I pay a professional to clean my carpets, I should not be able to go behind them and get up more stuff. That's the whole purpose of hiring someone. From what I can tell, they run the steamer over you carpet, Anything the steamer doesn't get is left behind. No scrubbing, no extra effort. I could have rented a steamer myself and done a better job.
