Chris is completely rude and unprofessional.. so on December 8 Chris had an appointment for us to come out and take a look at some electric. The appointment was between 10 and 11 AM, which he didn’t make. He set the appointment date and time, but could not keep it. I showed up anyways to get the information I need to get a hold of Ameren. I had to meet Ameren out there on their schedule ( at a later date) After meeting Ameren on site and going over what they would allow us to do or not do. They picked up our pontoon on Tuesday and had it repaired and returned by Thursday! Amazing customer service!! Highly recommend!
And short, the three stars are for the work that was completed on my boat that got it running like new again. The other two stars not given are because I called and left a message after they had my boat the radio doesn’t turn on. Which in three years, I’ve never had an issue with the radio Until they done the work that needed to be done. And I left a voicemail asking if maybe something got unhooked while they were doing the diagnostic as I don’t know anything about Boat diagnostics and what they have to hook up to to run thi... read more
