Joe I believe was his name. Fair warning he couldn't follow the bends from the original bar to save his soul. After driving over 100 miles each way. I called and was willing to over look it and return trip for the fix then he decided to take the rest of the day off after I took half the day off for the repair. So 1 day for first trip half day to make 2nd trip that was shot down because he was leaving plus time gas and the bill. My opinion is they are not reliable!
