This is the best jewelry store in New Jersey, most friendly,respectful and professional staff, you get full attention with out begin rushed. If you need appraisal get it at Bentleys in Hillsborough NJ, I was treated like a family member, learn so much from the staff , they look out for your best interest.I can't not recommend enough, the only place I would trust my family heirloom jewelry, for cleaning, repair and detail appraisal by such professional staff.
Definitely overpriced. I spent $150 to fix a broken clasp end and solder a charm to my bracelet. When I brought it back because the clasp was not closing tightly, the owner informed me I needed a new clasp and it would cost me and additional $45. Are you kidding me?
Best jewelry store in our area by far. Last year I purchased an engagement ring from here and most recently wedding bands. Walking into a jewelry store is always an uneasy feeling, but not at Bentley’s. I don’t feel like I’m being sold on anything, I don’t feel rushed, and I don’t feel any pressure. Brandon made us feel welcome and cared about. I would recommend this place to anyone going through the wedding process!
I was recommended here by a good friend and could not be more grateful for the experience I’ve had at Bentley’s fine jewelers. They made me feel at ease about shopping for an engagement ring and gave me the ability to design the perfect ring for my fiancé. Kevin and Brandon are both extremely experienced and very knowledgeable. Now I can’t picture going anywhere else for my future jewelry needs.
