Unprofessional people, reached out to buy an 80k car, they said they’re not ready to sell as they’re still haven’t done the inspection on the car, kept going back and forth for a week with Lisa and then she saif oh sorry my teammate sold it ! Time wasters
I am satisfied with the quality of the service, The scope of what was necessary was clear, the time for performance reasonable and timely and Chris was courteous and patient. I am certain I could have the car serviced at a independent service shop for less but would not have the comfort of knowing I had the factory parts, work performed by experienced mechanics and warranty. The service is appropriate for the exceptional quality of the car.
The car really felt nice after my service. The service was expensive (as to be expected for a Bentley). Some of the recommendations were overly picky, but I am pleased overall.
Bentley SF did a great job. Very helpful, informative, and professional. They really go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy.
