I contacted him and he came out the same day . Then the bs starts ! He had to order my spring cause he didn’t have it in stock, ok . A week n a half later I text him and he responded it should be here today ! Well that was a month ago and he still has yet to contact me ! I idk what happened but he’s extremely unprofessional!
Called him to come repair my garage door. Was told he’d be there by 9:30am. Called me at 9:40am and said he had to go to Memphis to get parts and would call me when he got back in town. That was 4 days ago. Tried calling and texting him. Never heard from him again. Went with someone else named Paul.. and thank goodness I did.
Did a great job repairing my garage door. Service was quick and efficient. Rates are very reasonable.
